Meet our Team

Sean grew up in Western NC and attended Christ School, Enka High and Asheville School. He grew up in construction and real estate development, helping build new houses and managing construction crews for many individual jobs. He later graduated from University of Florida as a National Merit Scholar and UNC - Chapel Hill’s MBA program as a Dean’s Fellow. As a Real Estate broker he has completed millions of dollars in transactions, always taking care to get top value for his seller clients.

After two of Sean’s relatives passed away, he saw firsthand how difficult it was for the Heirs in charge of settling the estate to deal with all of the associated issues. While helping his relatives through this difficult time, he saw the need for an organization Heirs can rely on to make their life easier while they deal with one of the most difficult emotional times in their lives. He has built a team of highly qualified professionals and referral partners who are vetted and dedicated to doing great work for estates. Sean is dedicated to reducing the workload for Heirs, shortening the time an estate is in Probate and allow Heirs to hand off tasks they would prefer not to deal with themselves.
